The Tunisian Drilling Company “CTF” was created in October 1981. The CTF came with the objective of providing the energy sector in Tunisia with a national tool, capable of enabling it to participate in the development of research and development activities, to acquire and master advanced oil drilling techniques. The CTF is a member of the IADC, it has certified its integrated QSE management system since 2016 in accordance with the latest version of the ISO standard.
The mission of the CTF is to provide drilling and workover services for onshore and offshore hydrocarbon wells as well as services related to the oil industry. Its training center was established on January 2, 2019, its program is accredited by the International Well Control Forum levels 02, 03 and 04 under the reference (TN 1368 CTF), and also a virtual accreditation under the reference (TN.1474).
