The IWCF Well Control Workshop and AGM is coming to The Hague, Netherlands, on 19-20 November 2024.

Join International Well Control Forum (IWCF) and a host of expert industry speakers in The Hague, Netherlands where we will explore key opportunities and challenges. This two-day event will focus on well control, bringing together professionals from across the industry to share knowledge, discuss best practices, and explore the latest advancements and challenges in the field.

While the detailed agenda will be released closer to the event, the workshop will feature a range of presentations, interactive discussions, and networking opportunities aimed at enhancing well control competency and driving progressive change.

IWCF will be holding it’s hybrid Member’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 20 November 2024, at 0900 hrs (CET) local time. You can attend either in person or virtually thereby allow our global members to participate:

A: Please make your own travel and accommodation bookings as this will not be provided by the event organisers.

We have negotiated a special room rate with the venue to offer discounted accommodation to event attendees. This rate is available until 5 November 2024.

A: Presentation or exhibition booth enquiries should be sent to membership@iwcf.org.

Q: Will there be networking opportunities during the IWCF Annual General Meeting and Workshop?

A: Yes, there will be networking opportunities to connect with like-minded industry professionals. We will be hosting an exclusive drinks reception on the evening of 19 November that is free for all members to attend.

Q: Is there a limit on the number of attendees for the IWCF Annual General Meeting and Workshop?

A: There are limited spaces available, so we recommend registering early to secure a spot.

Q: Will IWCF provide visa support for international attendees to travel to the event?

A: Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct visa before travelling to Azerbaijan. To support visa applications where required, IWCF can provide a letter of invitation confirming that will be visiting the Netherlands to attend the event on the19-20 November 2024.
