In 2018 we introduced a free, online Well Operations Crew Resource Management (WOCRM) awareness course focusing on non-technical skills.
This online course follows our highly successful Level-1 Well Control Awareness Course which has over 90,000 users worldwide. The new WOCRM course aims to improve non-technical skills of all personnel involved in well operations, and focuses on the 6 WOCRM competencies outlined in the IOGP 501 and 502 reports.
There are 6 modules which candidates can complete with a knowledge check after each module. Once candidates have successfully completed all 6 modules, they will sit a final assessment. If a pass mark of 70% or more is achieved, they will receive an instant certificate.

Communication
Teamwork
Performance Factors
